installation that our team has brought together in one product. Our reveal systems have been tested with 10,000 up/down cycles and continued to perform with quiet consistency. |
The TV Reveal Warranty
|
TV Reveal warrants the TV lift system to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase by
the consumer purchaser. If a product proves to be defective in material
or workmanship during the warranty period, TV Reveal will replace the
product with a similar product of equal or lesser value if the original
purchase product is not available. The replacement unit will be covered
by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original limited
warranty. This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.

The TV Reveal Warranty does not cover: any product on which the
serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; damage,
deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect,
power surges, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature,
unauthorized product modification, failure to follow instructions
supplied with the TV Reveal product, repair or attempted repair by
anyone not authorized by TV Reveal, causes external to the product such
as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of supplies or parts not
meeting TV Reveal specifications, or any other cause which does not
relate to a product defect.
